You have several options to return your empty original HP inkjet or LaserJet print cartridges.

How to sign up - Step 1: Click on the HP printing supplies take back form

Step 2: Fill-up the form and click on the 'submit' button. Within five working days, the logistics service provider will contact you to arrange the collection and reconfirm if you want a recycling bin to be placed at your office premise. If a bin is placed at your office premise, the logistics service provider will also pre-arranged monthly scheduled visits to collect the used HP original cartridges. Step 3: On the agreed collection date - Hand over the cartridges to the logistics service provider and at the same time they will deliver the recycling bin/s to your office for future collections. Step 4: Recycling process

To participate, simply fill out the form by following the 'How to sign up' steps.

Please note there are a few pre-conditions and/or exemptions:
  1. Only original HP toner cartridges and bottles and HP ink cartridges are collected in this programme.
  2. Minimum pick-up quantity is 20 ink cartridges or 10 toner cartridges and bottles.
  3. Locations for pick-up and collection must be close to or within large metropolitan areas.
  4. Toner and ink cartridges should be packed separately whether in plastic bags or boxes.
  5. Toner and ink cartridges should not be leaking.
