Business PCs

Following the Law for the Promotion of Utilisation of Recyclable Resources, HP has begun to undertake the return and recycling of used Household PCs. Previously collected by local governments, Household PCs will now be collected by PC manufacturers recycling.

Return & Recycling Structure

Used PCs are collected using "Eco-Yu-Pack", the system designed through the partnership of the Japan Electronics and Information Technology Industries Association (JEITA) and Japan Post, so that used products can be collected at your door. You may also bring products to a nearby post office.

For more information on the collection at your door using "Eco-Yu-Pack", please click here.
